Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter 2 (Corporate Functions).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Source qualified candidates using various channels including databases, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
• Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
