Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of annual and mid-year compensation cycles
- Conduct detailed compensation analyses and job pricing using market data
- Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance of compensation tools and job architecture
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a global or remote environment
- Familiarity with compensation cycles, equity fundamentals, and job analysis
- Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or GRP are a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools like Workday, Pave, and Radford
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
