A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the delivery of core compensation programs and influence pay strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of annual and mid-year compensation cycles
  • Conduct detailed compensation analyses and job pricing using market data
  • Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance of compensation tools and job architecture
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a global or remote environment
  • Familiarity with compensation cycles, equity fundamentals, and job analysis
  • Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or GRP are a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools like Workday, Pave, and Radford
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
