A company is looking for a Senior Leave of Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate leave, disability, and absence management programs ensuring compliance and risk management
- Lead the ADAAA accommodation process, facilitating discussions to find optimal solutions
- Monitor FMLA leave usage and provide support for HR Business Partners regarding leave-related concerns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience in an HR and/or benefits capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Experience with leaves of absence and benefits enrollment platforms
- Understanding of relevant regulations such as ERISA and FMLA
