- Create and manage learning and development programs for employee growth
- Oversee benefits and 401(k) administration, including annual renewals and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related business field
- Minimum five years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Experience with benefits and payroll; Paylocity experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
