Key Responsibilities

- Establish internal and external relationships to facilitate referrals and promote the employee value proposition
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college-level courses; a 4-year degree or HR certification is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with corporate recruiting preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a strategic partner with business leaders
- Proven ability to develop creative business plans and influence leaders
- Demonstrated negotiation and project management skills
