Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition to provide recruitment and administrative assistance for the Operations Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including creating position descriptions, screening candidates, and issuing employment offers
  • Ensure compliance with HR principles and regulations while providing customer service and support to hiring managers
  • Develop talent pipelines and outreach strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of recruitment or relevant experience required; HR-specific experience preferred
  • Experience with ATS or HR systems preferred, with familiarity in Taleo considered a plus
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in international development or volunteer work in developing countries preferred
