Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures and global benefits programs
- Lead and develop a global team of compensation and benefits professionals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in total rewards or a related field, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing global total rewards programs across diverse geographic regions
- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits best practices and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
