Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst (Time & Attendance).
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Workday HCM capabilities related to Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling through process improvement and configuration
- Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday workforce management modules
- Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize system adoption and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in Workday modules related to Time and Attendance, Leave, and Scheduling
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and implementing solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on system and process challenges
- Knowledge of HR processes, including time tracking and workforce scheduling
