Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analyses to evaluate competitiveness of compensation packages and complete external data surveys
- Support the development of compensation structures and lead the annual compensation planning process
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain accurate compensation data
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Sound understanding of compensation principles and compliance, including FLSA and pay equity
- Proficiency in compensation data tools and surveys
- Experience with benchmarking compensation practices in Europe and Latin America
- Ability to build complex models in Google Sheets for compensation management
