A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Support Fulfillment Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational activities related to COBRA, Card Services, Vendor Management, and Fulfillment
- Participate in project initiatives, including SLA/KPI monitoring and systems testing
- Address Fulfillment Processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience with reimbursement administration accounts is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
