Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Support Fulfillment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute operational activities related to COBRA, Card Services, Vendor Management, and Fulfillment
  • Participate in project initiatives, including SLA/KPI monitoring and systems testing
  • Address Fulfillment Processes with a focus on quality and efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Experience with reimbursement administration accounts is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
