Key Responsibilities
- Monitor eligibility and compliance with benefit plan provisions and government requirements
- Provide guidance to employees and management on benefit program requirements and assist in problem resolution
- Compile, analyze, and report benefit data for strategic planning and evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (Required)
- Experience in drafting legal compliance documentation
- Knowledge of COBRA compliance and government compliance activities
- Familiarity with benefit trends and regulatory requirements
