Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to assist with the administration of employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor eligibility and compliance with benefit plan provisions and government requirements
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on benefit program requirements and assist in problem resolution
  • Compile, analyze, and report benefit data for strategic planning and evaluation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (Required)
  • Experience in drafting legal compliance documentation
  • Knowledge of COBRA compliance and government compliance activities
  • Familiarity with benefit trends and regulatory requirements
