Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Partner - Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run end-to-end searches across various functions
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring plans
• Create sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates deeply

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups
• Demonstrated success hiring across multiple levels and functions
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L and GTM strategies
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
• Bachelor's degree required with in-house recruiting experience
