HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide support in human resources functions on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to employees and managers, applying HR policies and procedures to resolve cases
• Guide and coach managers/employees through complex performance management cases while ensuring compliance with laws
• Analyze HR and process data to identify trends and inform recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in human resources
• Intermediate understanding of HR principles, laws, and regulations
• Experience guiding managers through performance management processes
• Experience managing relocation, LOA, and accommodations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
