Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees and managers, applying HR policies and procedures to resolve cases
- Guide and coach managers/employees through complex performance management cases while ensuring compliance with laws
- Analyze HR and process data to identify trends and inform recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in human resources
- Intermediate understanding of HR principles, laws, and regulations
- Experience guiding managers through performance management processes
- Experience managing relocation, LOA, and accommodations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
