Key Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling and ensure a smooth interview process for candidates and interviewers
- Support the recruiting process for early careers, including interns and co-ops, and build relationships with university career services
- Assist with job postings, maintain ATS data, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, and social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating complex meetings and managing multiple calendars
