Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and equity programs
• Oversee HR operations and compliance protocols, ensuring process optimization
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making and monitor pay equity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in total rewards leadership, preferably in life sciences
• Experience in compensation, benefits, and equity, with proven leadership capability
• Proficiency in HR systems and analytics solutions to drive efficiency
• Experience supporting senior HR leaders with Board of Directors materials
