Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in total rewards leadership, preferably in life sciences
- Experience in compensation, benefits, and equity, with proven leadership capability
- Proficiency in HR systems and analytics solutions to drive efficiency
- Experience supporting senior HR leaders with Board of Directors materials
