A company is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and support company events and HR operations
- Serve as the welcoming face of the office, coordinating meetings and maintaining office organization
- Assist in planning and executing employee events and support company-wide initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration, executive support, or HR coordination roles
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment is a strong plus
- Experience in coordinating meetings and supporting HR or recruitment processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
