Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Services Representative II - Records / Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle escalation calls from Tier 1 representatives or internal customers requiring specialized assistance
- Process complex transactions and resolve critical issues accurately and reliably
- Monitor work queues and work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) years or more in a functional service area required
- Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment at an intermediate level required
- Ability to work overtime or extended hours as needed during high-volume periods
