Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Services Representative II - Records / Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and handle escalation calls from Tier 1 representatives or internal customers requiring specialized assistance
  • Process complex transactions and resolve critical issues accurately and reliably
  • Monitor work queues and work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two (2) years or more in a functional service area required
  • Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment at an intermediate level required
  • Ability to work overtime or extended hours as needed during high-volume periods
