Key Responsibilities
- Host thorough interviews and evaluate talent to bring top candidates into the Amazon segment
- Maintain a detailed tracker of interview data, including candidate backgrounds and evaluations
- Collaborate with field leadership and the recruiting team to customize interview processes based on market needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Extensive mechanical knowledge of light and heavy-duty vehicles, with experience as a technician or technician manager preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Ability to build strong working relationships with field leadership and recruiting teams
- Experience using data to drive KPIs and improve program efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
