Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a relevant role
• Experience utilizing AI tools and chatbots in recruiting processes
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with job board advertising and management
• Currently residing in the Central or Mountain time zones
