A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements for HRIS projects
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain consistent methodologies and best practices for HR systems
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and manage operational support vendors
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience required
- Intermediate level experience with Excel required
- Proven configuration expertise in HR functional areas such as HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
