A company is looking for a VP Diversity, Inclusion & Community Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide DEIB and Community Engagement strategy
- Oversee and scale Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to enhance inclusion
- Direct community engagement efforts, including employee volunteerism and nonprofit partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in DEIB or Community Engagement
- Proven record of implementing enterprise-level DEIB strategies
- Familiarity with federal Executive Orders on DEIA and accessibility standards
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
