Key Responsibilities

• Provide design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners and IT developers, to ensure effective implementation of HCM solutions
• Utilize data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies to support HCM processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) roles
• Proficiency in HCM SaaS platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with solution design, configuration, and testing in cloud-based environments
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and compliance regulations
