Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 30+ requisitions
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews, extend offers, and facilitate onboarding
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting engineering professionals is highly preferred
- Prior experience in corporate recruiting is a plus
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ICIMS ATS is highly beneficial
- Utility/Nuclear industry experience is a major advantage
