Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage critical cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning processes
- Prepare internal and external communications and coordinate with stakeholders on various people initiatives
- Track progress on deliverables and support company-level headcount planning and organizational design
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations or Strategic Programs
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-changing tech company environment
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget planning or compensation frameworks
