Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Team Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of agents, managing work assignments and quality of work
- Ensure proper execution of processes and provide clear directions for incoming work
- Prepare and analyze complex reports, acting as a subject matter expert for team members
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations delivery environment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service support
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing teams in a client-facing operation
- Availability to work any shift between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday
- Must reside within policy for posted locations while remote
