Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-potential candidates for digital, technical, and marketing roles using various online tools
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in healthcare roles
- Strong understanding of Boolean search and online sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paylocity, iCIMS, or similar)
- Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
