Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Learning and Employee Development Modules in Oracle HCM
- Develop surveys and feedback channels to measure employee satisfaction and motivation
- Track employee progress and ensure access to growth and development resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in employee development, training coordination, or HR roles
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) or Oracle Learning Cloud
- Strong understanding of LMS administration and adult learning principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
