Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Employee Development Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the Learning and Employee Development Modules in Oracle HCM
  • Develop surveys and feedback channels to measure employee satisfaction and motivation
  • Track employee progress and ensure access to growth and development resources
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in employee development, training coordination, or HR roles
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) or Oracle Learning Cloud
  • Strong understanding of LMS administration and adult learning principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
