Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods to evaluate skills and fit
  • Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience
  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces, preferably in Healthcare or Social Services
  • Experience with customer service
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
  • Must reside in the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
