A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
- Source and screen candidates using various methods to evaluate skills and fit
- Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of experience
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces, preferably in Healthcare or Social Services
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Must reside in the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
