A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and enhancements of Workday features, acting as a point of contact for data gathering and testing
- Analyze technology solutions and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress
- Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer through documentation and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience configuring HCM modules in Workday
- Experience supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, and post go-live support
- Strong technology aptitude with interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis
- Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently
