Key Responsibilities
- Administer performance evaluation processes and establish performance improvement plans
- Implement training and development programs while overseeing onboarding processes
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR
- Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and other relevant software tools
