Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiting Sourcer to join their recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage physician candidates through various sourcing strategies and platforms
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified physician candidates and manage candidate records in the ATS
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and conduct market research

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience, preferably in healthcare recruiting
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
• Familiarity with physician specialties and medical terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Doximity
