A company is looking for a Physician Recruiting Sourcer to join their recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage physician candidates through various sourcing strategies and platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified physician candidates and manage candidate records in the ATS
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and conduct market research
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience, preferably in healthcare recruiting
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with physician specialties and medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Doximity
