Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Utilize advanced search techniques and outreach to build candidate pipelines
- Conduct screenings to assess candidate fit and analyze sourcing metrics for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of outbound sourcing or recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare and registered nurse sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- Expertise in Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, and social media sourcing
- Professional recruitment industry-specific certification, such as RACS
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
