Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and develop hiring strategies
• Source, review, and prescreen candidates while managing the interview process
• Drive offer approval and negotiation, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for candidates

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably for business positions
• Prior experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Metrics and data-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
