A company is looking for a Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview scheduling process and manage logistics for candidate interviews
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, and support various HR initiatives and compliance efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in Human Resources Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, or HR Operations
- Proven experience in managing candidate pipelines and interview scheduling
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
