A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a large talent database for Nursing (RN) roles
- Proactively generate and contact prospects to attract high-quality talent
- Consult with the internal talent acquisition team to ensure effective candidate matching
Required Qualifications and Education
- 6 months to 5+ years of experience in researching/sourcing within a healthcare environment, depending on level
- Experience using an enterprise-level database for tracking prospects
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Preferred experience sourcing Clinicians or working in a search firm
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is highly preferred
