A company is looking for an Employee Care Associate (Bilingual: English & Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update employee information in SAP and HCM
- Provide support for employee queries using various contact methods
- Prepare and distribute HR documents and support HRSS projects with administrative assistance
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HCM), case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow standardized procedures in a high volume environment
