Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Director and VP-level roles
• Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to define job and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of potential executive candidates

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and/or executive recruiting
• Proven track record of engaging passive senior leadership talent
• Strong data orientation and experience using insights to influence decisions
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools into sourcing workflows
• Demonstrated ability to apply product management principles to the candidate journey
