Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Lead the design and execution of sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines
- Leverage data to evaluate recruitment performance and contribute to performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in sourcing or market intelligence
- At least 3 years of direct people management experience
- Proven ability to fill technical and leadership roles in low-resource environments
- Experience with ATS (iCIMS preferred) and data visualization tools
- Fluent in English; French highly preferred
