Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Talent Sourcing, Insights & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Lead the design and execution of sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines
• Leverage data to evaluate recruitment performance and contribute to performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in sourcing or market intelligence
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience
• Proven ability to fill technical and leadership roles in low-resource environments
• Experience with ATS (iCIMS preferred) and data visualization tools
• Fluent in English; French highly preferred
