Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
- Strong knowledge of local payroll and HR regulations
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
- Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is preferred
