Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling up to 40 requisitions at a time
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Avature highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with recruiting for engineering and maintenance roles is a plus
