Job Summary
A company is looking for an Undergraduate Recruitment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the School of Nursing and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid
- Plan and represent the School of Nursing at recruitment events and assist with strategies to recruit a diverse pool of applicants
- Communicate with prospective students and maintain strong relationships with faculty, advisors, and community organizations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or admissions
- Preferred experience with PeopleSoft and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce and Slate
- Valid driver's license required for potential travel
- Background checks and clearances required prior to employment
