Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve hiring goals
- Conduct initial phone screenings and manage recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
- Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology
