Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with directors and operations teams
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve hiring goals
• Conduct initial phone screenings and manage recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
• Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, and speech language pathology
