- Completing key employment changes within Rippling, including new hires and terminations
- Managing state tax registration, worker's compensation, and compliance tasks across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensuring ongoing HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience with Rippling
- Extensive knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience with state tax registration and maintenance for employers
- Strong understanding of worker's compensation processes and regulations
- Prior experience in an HR consulting or contract role in a start-up environment is a plus
