Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of People Operations/Support experience
- 2+ years with HR Systems, preferably Rippling
- Experience with benefits and perks programs
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong project management skills and strategic thinking ability
