Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and support HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Configure Workday for user access, policies, and approval workflows
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement HRIT process enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HRIT, HRIS, or Business Analyst roles
- Hands-on experience with Workday, including access setup and security configuration
- Strong understanding of HR systems and data troubleshooting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus
