Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Systems Analyst I to provide administration of HR applications and system support for workforce members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for HR systems to resolve complex problems and recommend solutions
- Assist HR Support Center in troubleshooting complex questions and issues
- Recommend process improvements and participate in developing training materials for users
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Healthcare, or related setting
- Knowledge of human resources principles and familiarity with HR systems
- Experience with database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate effectively and handle complex situations
