A company is looking for an HR Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for complex inquiries from associates and leaders regarding HR procedures and policies
- Conduct internal investigations and address employee relations issues
- Offer performance management guidance and support to people leaders, including managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory role or similar position
- Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as employee relations and performance management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to make decisions and seek resolutions independently
