A company is looking for an HR Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for complex inquiries from associates and leaders regarding HR procedures and policies
  • Conduct internal investigations and address employee relations issues
  • Offer performance management guidance and support to people leaders, including managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role or similar position
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as employee relations and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to make decisions and seek resolutions independently
