A company is looking for a Director, Employee Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic compensation policies and total reward strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and interpreting policies and regulations
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain a healthy organizational climate through strong relationships
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing individuals or teams
- Experience implementing total reward strategies in a high-growth organization
- Experience managing multi-state and federal compliance
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
