A company is looking for a Contract Talent Coordinator to support the recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication regarding timelines and events
- Assist with offer letter creation and support hiring in new countries
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of recruiting coordination experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new systems
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and scheduling software (ModernLoop) is a plus
