Key Responsibilities
- Lead project and program management for key Recruiting and cross-functional initiatives
- Implement and improve recruiting programs to align with hiring goals and scale effectively
- Design and optimize recruiting processes and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or related program/project management roles
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to execution
- Proficiency with project management tools and applicant tracking systems
- Formal training or certifications in project/program management is preferred
- Experience delivering recruiting or HR programs in high-growth organizations is a plus
